Unscramble Mini is a basic anagram puzzle. The game shows a scrambled word; you arrange the letters to spell an English word. The format has been done countless times and Unscramble Mini does not add anything.

What works is the dictionary validation. Each entered word is checked against an English word list, so you cannot submit nonsense. The validation is instant and shows whether your attempt is valid.

What does not work is the absence of any feature beyond bare anagram. No hints. No timer. No theme. No daily mode. The game is the format and nothing more. The same complaint I had about Memory Grid applies here.

Tested over a single Mumbai commute session and stopped because there was nothing more to discover. Touch and keyboard input both work. The format is functional but unmotivating.

Where the game tries hardest is the difficulty scaling. Word length grows from three letters in the easy mode to eight in the hard mode. The eight-letter puzzles can be challenging if the letter set has no obvious common word, but most puzzles solve quickly even at the hardest setting.

Where I would push back is the absence of a multi-word mode. Real anagram puzzles often ask you to find multiple valid words from the same letter set. This depth dimension is missing entirely, and the format would benefit from it.

Two-and-a-half stars. Functional anagram practice that does not stretch the format. Skip unless you specifically want bare-minimum anagram exercise. Better word puzzles exist elsewhere on this site.
