What works is the projectile-physics layer. Arrows have gravity-drop and travel time. Long shots require leading targets. Closer shots are nearly straight. The physics differentiation gives skilled players an advantage that pure-aim io games cannot replicate.
Thirty-player matches across three arena themes (forest and desert, plus a tundra setting) provide visual variation while keeping the bow-and-arrow combat consistent.
Tested over four Mumbai evening matches. Matchmaking is fast (under thirty seconds typically). Match length is around five minutes per battle, suitable for short sessions.
Where the design earns its three-and-a-half is the zone-shrink pacing. The shrinking-safe-zone forces engagement. Early matches you can hide; late matches you must engage. The pacing creates natural rising tension.
Where I would push back is the special-arrow balance. Three special arrows (explosive and freeze, plus a ricochet variant). The ricochet arrow is too powerful relative to the other two. Balance work would have lifted the rating.
