Ghost Walk is a haunted-house adventure with broken interaction mechanics. The game's central feature (walking through walls as a ghost) does not work reliably.
What does not work is the wall-walking mechanic. Sometimes you walk through walls; sometimes you bounce off. The implementation is inconsistent enough that puzzles cannot be solved reliably.
Twelve haunted-house rooms. Each room has puzzles assuming the wall-walking works. When it does not work, players cannot progress.
Tested over one evening session before stopping. The broken mechanic makes the game frustrating regardless of input.
Where the game tries hardest is the visual presentation. Hand-drawn haunted-house interiors look good. Ghost animations are smooth. The visuals are the only working part.
Where I would push back is the entire core mechanic. The game needs a wall-detection rewrite before it can be recommended.
