Mini Bowl Pro is a bowling arcade game with cosmetic-skin monetisation pressure. The bowling physics are competent; the monetisation undermines them. Twenty cosmetic ball skins through grindable currency.
What works is the basic bowling physics. The ball rolls with appropriate spin. Pin reactions are predictable. The format is mechanically functional.
What does not work is the monetisation. The game shows a thirty-second ad after every frame (not every game; every frame). The paid-skip option is the only way to actually play continuously. This is monetisation that punishes the player for engaging with the format.
Tested over one frustrating Cross-City Line session before deleting. Touch and mouse both work for the bowling swing. Keyboard is supported but feels wrong.
Where the game tries hardest is the cosmetic-ball shop. Twenty different ball visuals through grindable currency. None affect gameplay.
Where I would push back is the entire monetisation model. Ads every frame, plus paid skip plus persistent shop prompts. The bowling foundation underneath cannot justify this load.
Two-and-a-half stars. Functional bowling game ruined by monetisation. Skip and find better casual bowling games.
